Max Richter, composer, was born in Germany in 1966 and studied music at Edinburgh University and elsewhere. As a solo composer Richter has now produced 4 albums called "Memory House", "The Blue Notebooks", "Songs from Before" and "24 Postcards In Full Colour". A number of tracks from these albums have been picked up and used on the soundtracks for various films, including "Cocaine Angel", "Stranger than Fiction" and "Elegy".
Jason de Caires Taylor, british sculptor, was born in 1974. He gained international recognition for creating the world’s first underwater sculpture park in Grenada. His underwater sculptures embrace the transformations wrought by ecological processes. Fundamental to understanding his work is that it embodies the hope and optimism of a regenerative, transformative Nature.
